Camera & Video Gear

I use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 extensively for my travel videos. The new Pocket 4 is the latest generation and the model I recommend checking out if you’re buying today.

I use the DJI Osmo 360 for immersive travel and motorcycle footage. It is currently unavailable through my Amazon affiliate link, but I’ll update this page when it becomes available again.

I use the DJI Osmo Action 4 for motorcycle rides and travel filming. It’s compact, rugged and a great choice for capturing action on the road.

I use the DJI Mini 3 Pro for aerial footage on my travels. It’s compact, lightweight and easy to bring along, giving me a completely different perspective on the places I visit. Currently unavailable through my Amazon affiliate link.

Storage & Memory

I use the 4TB version of the LaCie Rugged drive for storing my travel videos and footage. The 5TB version offers even more storage while keeping the same rugged, portable design – ideal for travelling with large video files.

I use the grey 1st generation Samsung T7 myself and have been very happy with it. Today, I recommend the newer Gen 2 version – with only a small price difference, it’s the obvious choice when buying new.

I currently use three Samsung PRO Plus 256GB microSD cards and have been very happy with them. The new Samsung T7 is the latest generation, and this is the version I recommend when buying today.

For those who prefer SanDisk, the Extreme PRO is an excellent choice. I have used the 128GB version myself, but today I recommend at least 256GB for high-resolution travel and action footage.
